Refund Policy

At Oura Decor, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-Day Return Policy beginning on the day your order is delivered.
If you wish to return an item for any reason within this window, simply email us at info@ouradecor.com with your order number. Our team will issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and provide step-by-step return instructions.

Returns without prior authorization (RMA) cannot be accepted.


Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Items must arrive at our distribution center in “Like New” condition.

  • All original packaging, parts, manuals, and accessories must be included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, modification, or damage caused after delivery cannot be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirming your refund or the reason a refund could not be issued.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Any return shipping fees or carrier charges are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Note the damage with the carrier at delivery, if applicable.

  2. Email photos of the issue to info@ouradecor.com on the day of delivery.

  3. Keep all packaging materials until the claim is approved.

For approved claims, Oura Decor will cover return shipping costs and ensure a replacement or refund is issued promptly.

Items damaged after use or normal wear-and-tear are not eligible for return unless covered under a manufacturer warranty.


Cancellations

  • Orders cancelled before shipment qualify for a full refund.

  • Orders cancelled after shipment fall under our 30-Day Return Policy and may incur return shipping fees.

  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or adjust an order.


Supplier-Specific Return Requirements

We partner with a variety of trusted suppliers and manufacturers. For this reason, return eligibility and procedures may vary by product. Any item-specific exceptions (such as restocking fees or special packaging requirements) will be listed on the product page.

Products labeled certified pre-owned or used are not eligible for return.

Oura Decor is unable to accept returns for items purchased for temporary or one-time use, including but not limited to:

  • Staging

  • Trade shows or expos

  • Promotional setups

  • Short-term events

Such purchases fall outside our return guidelines.


Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days.

  • Funds will be issued back to the original payment method.

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


How to Start a Return

To begin, email info@ouradecor.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for return

  4. Photos (if the item is defective or damaged)

We’ll reply with your RMA number and full instructions.
