How long have you been in business?

We first launched in June 2025!

Can I place an order over the phone?

Absolutely! Give us a call M-F between 10:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST, and we'd be happy to assist in placing an order.

When is payment taken for an order?

Payment is taken at the time an order is placed. We believe this ensures safety and security for all parties involved.

I want to cancel my order, what can I do?

No worries! We offer a 30-day return policy, but if you've just placed the order and want to cancel, contact info@ouradecor.com as soon as possible to avoid return shipping fees. To read up more information on our return policy, click here

Do you price match?

We work hard to keep our prices as low as possible, however, we understand that sometimes lower prices do exist out there. If you do find a lower price, contact us at info@ouradecor with the subject text being "Price Match", and we'll have a representative review it to see if we can price match the product, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

How do you guarantee safe transactions with my privacy ensured?

Keeping our customers safe and secure is our number one priority. That's why we've partnered with Shopify for secure transactions. Shopify uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect customers payment information, ensuring a safe and flawless checkout process. On top of using Shopify for secure payments, we also accept PayPal transactions at our store.

SHIPPING FAQ'S:

Do you offer free shipping for any of your products?

Yes! For all orders over $100 USD, we offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Any products that require freight shipping are excluded from this promotion. For our full shipping policy, click here

Where do you ship to?

At Oura Decor, we ship to customers in the 48 contiguous states at a fixed rate, or free with our promotion above. We will ship to Alaska and Hawaii, as well as internationally, however you must contact us at info@ouradecor as we will need to give you an updated shipping quote as well as any update on warranty changes. 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

Due to the vast selection of high-quality products and brands we have, it is difficult to pinpoint a general ship time. However, we ask you to note that we update delivery times as soon as we receive shipping updates, and we do everything we can to make sure product shipping estimations are as accurate as possible. As added peace of mind, just as we primarily ship to customers in the lower 48 states, our products and brands primarily ship from the lower 48 states, ensuring faster shipping times, and quicker deliveries
